Not really sure,it is for my old dog. It seems to work quite well.

I did not buy this for myself. I bought if for my aging Labrador Retriever. His rear hips are beginning to fail(typical Lab disease). I been giving him 4 drops in the morning and 4 drops at night on a doggy cookie so he can have a good sleep. So far I have seen a difference in him with not having so much difficulty getting up any more. He has a spring in his step again. Anything to make my friend feel better I will try. This seems to be working good for him. His name is Duke. If he is still around when this bottle is done I am def getting him another one 100% for sure. I noticed the difference the very next day when he got up to go outside. I`m a big fan of CBD Tinc.
