I have been consuming these Bliss edibles for a few years. They are overall perfect for me. A manageable high that lasts for hours. Increases appetite as well as seemingly makes the food taste much better. My opinion only. I fall asleep easily and can get a good nights sleep. No after effects. Feel great. I do these Bliss edibles perhaps 4 times a week. Therefore, to maintain, I now take 2 squares. Which is 2x30mg. This is the right amount for me. If a person is new to the product, I would only recommend taking 1 x 30mg. square. The high is also very cost effective also. Only $1.00 approx. for one 30mg.edible 6 hour, positive energy experience. This is my experience. It is indeed, different with everyone. I am in my 70’s.
