Ordered this got just a bunch of crumbs that would not press into a block very little buzz not sure what is wrong as normally everything else is fine but not this stuff

I have bought this same item numerous times, these last 2 oz I bought, the quality of it seems to be sliding, it was very dry and did not press into a block like it normally does. was jus a bag of crumbs.
